Well, it doesn’t work quite like that, but we like to think of Mallorca as the garden of your cycling holidays, and we are the chefs who pick the right ingredients to make the perfect meal for you, and all you have to do is show up and enjoy!

ALFONSO OCHOA - FONZIE
Founder and Director
Originally from Venezuela Fonzie has always been drawn to riding—whether on a skateboard surfboard or bike. His travels took him around the world and to live in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Italy amongst others, working in the yachting industry and sailing across the Atlantic a few times, ridden solo across France, across the UK, and other cycling adventures along Spain, the Alps, and the Pyrenees.
In 2013 he settled in Mallorca captivated by its perfect mix of mountains sea and vibrant culture. Mills & Honey was born from his desire to share this incredible island he proudly and gratefully calls home through immersive cycling adventures. When you reach out it’s Fonzie who’ll be there to plan your trip.

I’ve been part of the Mills & Honey team since 2023 but Mallorca has been my home for over 20 years. Born in the UK I’ve always been drawn to an active outdoor lifestyle—whether it’s hiking in the Tramuntana cycling along quiet country roads diving into watersports or finding balance through yoga.
Raising my little family here feels like a gift as I continue to soak in the island’s rich culture and refine my Spanish and Catalan. At Mills & Honey I’m the one behind the scenes making sure every reservation trip detail and payment is seamlessly taken care of—so all you have to do is enjoy the ride.
XIM HERNANDEZ

Xim born in Mallorca has spent nearly the last 20 years in social work focusing on child protection and making a real impact on young lives.A passionate cyclist since 1991 he knows Mallorca’s terrain like the back of his hand. Cycling isn’t just a sport for him—it’s a way of life. He even competed as an amateur in local races deepening his love for the ride.Beyond cycling Xim is a music enthusiast especially alternative rock and once hosted his own radio show. Now at Mills & Honey he combines his love for cycling with guiding travelers through Mallorca’s most stunning routes. When not on the bike he’s a proud father balancing family life with his many passions.
ALAIN FERNANDEZ

Uep! I’m Alain Fernández, a 25-year-old cyclist from Girona, Catalonia—a place where cycling is a way of life. Inspired by my triathlete father, I grew up riding alongside him, developing a deep passion for the sport.
For the past four years, I’ve been guiding cycling tours across Europe, sharing my love for the ride. But it was Mallorca that truly won me over. With its breathtaking landscapes, challenging routes, and welcoming culture, it felt like home.
Now, I’m here doing what I love most—helping others experience the thrill of cycling, whether it's tackling epic climbs, exploring hidden roads, or simply enjoying the ride.
GUILLEM CHIPCHASE

I’m a 23-year-old cycling enthusiast born in Girona. My passion for cycling started when I was 10, and it’s been a constant in my life ever since. I’ve had the privilege of working in the cycling industry for the past 4 years, gaining hands-on experience and deepening my love for the sport.
I spent my early years in the UK, where I attended both primary and secondary school, before returning to Spain. Fluent in Catalan, English, and Spanish, I’m grateful for the diverse experiences and languages that have shaped my journey. I love meeting people from all over the world and sharing the local experiences and culture with them.
Now, I call Mallorca home, where I’m proud to be a trip host at Mills and Honey.
OUR BIKES
We've recently started a new partnership with a local bike rental company in our hometown of Alaró, - less miles in the van is good for us and the environment! North Wind Cycles stock and beautifully maintain, Canyon Endurance CF Road bikes with SRAM e-tap (48/35 and 10-36) or Shimano 105 DI2 (50/34 and 11-34). They also have Specialized Turbo Vado SL e-bikes, either in comfort fit flat handlebar cruising set up or modified with drop handlebars and road tyres. This is a great option to keep mixed ability groups together so that everyone can enjoy the magic of Mallorca’s roads and views regardless of fitness level or experience. We can also collaborate with other companies if you have particular requirement -feel free to contact us to find out more about the options.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Mills & Honey believe that the more people cycle, the better the world will be. We want to make traveling by bike accessible for all. From avid, experienced to new or recreational cyclists, we have options that will suit everyone. For those who like to travel independently; they can enjoy the freedom of going Self Guided around the island (safe in the knowledge they have our support anytime if required), to groups of friends with different levels of riders who might benefit from vehicle and guide support on their tour of Mallorca, or for families giving their children their first taste of a mini adventure and the meaningful lessons of discovering a new land by bike. For us, the bike is the ideal way to really see a place, sustainable & environmentally friendly, it also gives a feeling of freedom and adventure, good for you both physically and mentally, and the perfect speed to take in the views. We believe Mallorca has the ideal mixture of terrain, routes, safety and beauty for a memorable cycling adventure holiday.

Behind the scenes, away from all the fun and great cycling that you’ll get to experiences while you're in Mallorca with us, we take our job, the responsibility and trust you put in us very seriously. In addition to that we have a responsibility to our partners, other tour operators, employees, other institutions, and the island. We are very proud to meet all the legal requirements to operate as insured and bonded active tour operator and Travel Agency. Mills and Honey S.L. is registered as a limited liability company (CIF B16536856) and licensed as a fully insured and bonded Travel Agency in the Balearic Island (AVBAL/739) and Active Tour Operator (TA/13/BAL). Registration as a Travel Agency is a legal requirement in safeguarding your monies and allowing us to arrange and book combined itineraries for you as our client….. Beware of other operators who are not registered and bonded.
